Love Yourself Workshop

This new workshop was born from over 15 years of offering Immersions. There is a structure to each day and within that structure, we all get to see what unfolds together. We only meet in the mornings from 10am-1pm. For the first few days, there will be an “exercise” to do until we meet the next morning. It’s not homework – more like bringing awareness to a deeper level within.
I do not want to explain the structure. And the one thing I do ask of all participants is that no one reveals the structure during or after the workshop. This is important because I do not want the mind to jump ahead and think it knows what will happen.
The world is becoming more unstable, and I am hoping that these 5 days together can bring you a greater alignment within yourself and an inner stability that you can move through the world without being thrown around in the turbulent seas. That no matter what is happening in the world, you are ok within yourself.
This is so important right now - we are living in very intense times as this cycle comes to an end and everything that worked for the past 400+ years ... is falling apart. These next years are deeply mutative, and I would like to be available in aura for as long as I have energy and it is correct for me. Love Yourself Workshop Sedona

This new workshop was born from over 15 years of offering Immersions. We only meet in the mornings from 10am-1pm. January workshop will be at the Hampton Inn in West Sedona. February workshop venue TBA. It will either be at the Hampton Inn or at my Airbnb in West Sedona. For January, we get to spend the Rave New Year together. For February, we get to spend Valentine's Day together - a perfect time to "Love Yourself". The cost is $US 500 for the workshop only. Accommodation & meals are not included. You can pay with a credit card or pay cash at the door.

The Hampton Inn is a special place for me. When Ra lived in Sedona, many of his courses happened in it's conference room. I felt held by the energy of the Red Rocks - as if they were my friends supporting me during the very intense early months and years of my experiment.
